the brand
Doc Day Afternoon is a people-first operational consultant helping service-based founders build business systems rooted in human behavior. The brand sits at the intersection of structure and warmth, practical enough to solve real problems, human enough to remember why those businesses exist. The visual language reflects this through a grounded palette of Forest Moss, Dusty Ash, and Rustic Clay: earthy, unhurried, and quietly confident.
the process
We built a visual identity that translates Doc Day Afternoon's core philosophy; breathable operations, into something you can see and feel. The sunflower mark sits at the center: growth that's deliberate, grounded, and always oriented toward something meaningful. Encased in a scalloped frame, it represents wholeness and a complete system. Our scope covered the full brand: logo suite, color palette, typographic system, brand guidelines, and stationery — every touchpoint designed to show that a brand consulting on systems should itself be a system worth trusting.
